How Our Corporate Wellness Program Works

From inquiry to event day in just a few simple steps.

Apply & Confirm

Submit the short application form. Our team will review your information, confirm logistics, and schedule a date that works best for your organization.

Employees Book their Appointment

Once your date is confirmed, HerScan provides a registration link or contact person for your team to schedule their private ultrasound appointment directly.

Receive Results Privately

Each participant receives their results directly and confidentially from HerScan. Results are not shared with the employer or organization.

What to Expect

All equipment is certified by the American College of Radiology. Guests receive results read by board-certified radiologists.

How far in advance should we schedule?

It’s never too early—or too late—to plan your private event. If we can fit you into our schedule, we’ll make it happen. Otherwise, we’ll offer the next available dates.

Do you provide employee marketing materials?

Yes! We’ll create a customized flyer with your logo, registration contact, and event details—letting your team know this is a special, sponsored event by your organization.

How much space is needed for on-site setup?

We require a private room, ideally on the first floor (or with elevator access), approximately 10x10 feet. The room should offer privacy, Wi-Fi access, and electrical outlets.
